Brahamastra Defence Techno Products Limited is a public limited company incorporated by experienced promoters Mr. Sachidanand Upadhyay and Mr. Rajendra Kamalakant Chodankar. These two are the main promoter directors of the company and Ms. Garima Devangan is the Director in professional capacity.The unit of Brahmastra is inaugurated by veteran Padma Shri(1998), Padma Bhushan(1999), Padma Vibhushan (2009), Maharashtra Bhushan (2011) and G-Files (2015)awardee Shri Anil kakodkar - Ex-Director Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC).
Brahamastra Defense Techno Products Ltd is a company incorporated with joint efforts of M/s Lords Mark Industries Pvt Ltd and RRPS4E Innovations Pvt Ltd. RRPS4E Innovations is in the field of Defence and manufacturing world best surveillance sights and Lords mark industries is in the field of Government business for the last two decades and has been instrumental for doing various prestigious projects.
Drone is the latest technological addition in the Defence Sector. India has been facing a long time issue of protecting borders with its neighbouring territory i.e. Pakistan, Bangladesh and China. Drones are posing a big challenge to our military force in securing our borders. There are only 3 countries in the world who have efficient technology to counter any type of drone. The best one is with Israel. Brahamastra has tied up with MC tech Israel which is the best company in the world with100 percent efficacy for production of the anti drone technology. Brahamastraa is the first to bring this technology to India. Brahamastra shall be tying up with AERSOL Israel to produce Drone in India with efficacy of 80 minutes in single charge with payload capacity of 20 Kg.
The Company is into manufacturing different military & defence tools & equipment ieSights, guns, surveillance cameras, case converter circuits – Reflex sight, telescopic sights, night vision goggles, different types of monoculars, binoculars, thermal cameras, jammers, etc. It is a very dynamic industry, where end products etc are manufactured with the combination of different types of software, hardware, skilled manpower, and prototypes. Though case (kind of Mould through which dyes are prepared), converter and circuit board are the basic raw materials required to produce these end products. Case and converter are prepared by the company in-house and the circuit board is procured readymade from various suppliers in India.
Anti drone, this involves the design and developments of equipment with the combination of hardware, software, frequency GPS system and packing materials which are assembled to get the final products. Currently the company is importing readymade hardware from Israel.

Mr. Sachidanand H Upadhyay is the key promoter of the company, he is a technocrat, an engineer who loves technology and has a vision to grow with changing technology and time. He started his career with M/s ion exchange (I) Ltd and has worked with top corporations such as Nutrine confectionery, Hindustan Lever Limited, Blue dart, Lord’s Mark Industries Pvt. Ltd. on top strategic posts across the country. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1998 with Lord’s Mark Industries Pvt. Ltd. where he explored his experience in the line of paper industry, Solar/LED industry and healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.

Mr. Rajendra Kamalakant Chodankar, Executive director of the company holds a postgraduate degree in Chemistry from Mumbai University and is a collaborative technology Development Partner with Cranfield University, England in Large optics.
He started his career with Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) in 1981 and was part of the team that handled the Canada India Reactor Utility Services. He has previously worked with Toshnival Brothers, Exxon Chemicals (Saudi), Gannon Dunkerley & Company in the fields of Material Sciences, Nano Sciences, etc. before starting his entrepreneurial journey in 1990.
Mr. Rajendra K. Chodankar
His entrepreneurial journey began as an exclusive Agent for trading of Mass Spectrometers in 1990. In 1994, he was the pioneer in the space of Mass Spectrometry in India w.r.t setting up laboratories and processes (Mass Spec Technology). In 1998 he founded another company in the field of specialised instrumentation (Technology Options India).
In 2001, he founded Mechvac India where he established the first full scale Nano machining technology centre through direct support from the Department of Atomic Energy („DAE‟). Under his leadership, he up-scaled the Nano Machining Technology platform into an optics manufacturing facility which produces state of the art components for thermal imaging and night vision devices. In 2018, he founded “Systems 4 Ever (S4E)” as a forward integration strategy into electro optics products and systems, as an independent company, by virtue of the opportunities thrown forward under “Make in India”.
